Empowering Labor Support
Nourishing Postpartum Care
Have the birth experience you desire and start your journey into motherhood nourished and supported.
Greetings Mamas and Families! I am passionate about women receiving support during pregnancy, through labor, and throughout your postpartum period. I am a Labor Doula trained through DONA International and an Ayurvedic Postpartum doula (Ayudoula) trained through the Sacred Window School of Maternal and Infant Health. I have also attended the Birth Into Being 10 day training with Elena Vladimirova in Chico CA to facilitate the healing of our own birth traumas before and after the birth of our own children. Both trainings have had a profound impact on my journey as a birth worker and continue to provide opportunities for reflection and growth on my own journey.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition from CSU Cal Poly and then went on to graduate from the California College of Ayurveda as a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist followed by becoming an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula with the Sacred Window School of Maternal and Infant Health. I was trained as a Labor Doula by DONA International trainer Connie Sultana CD (Dona) in Sebastopol CA. I am also a Certified Massage Therapist specializing in Rejuvenating Ayurvedic Body therapies and Postpartum Ayurvedic Massage. As a lifelong student, I am currently studying with Jessica Vallela BAMS through AyurvedaFirst to deepen my Ayurvedic knowledge and enrich my practice. I would like to help you have a nourished and supported pregnancy, labor, and postpartum experience.
